I’m Annelie Ash, and I’ve been helping people with their mortgage journeys for over 30 years. Whether it’s buying a first home, improving the one you’re in, or making retirement more enjoyable, I’m here to offer straightforward, personal advice without the jargon.
I’m based in Wokingham, but I also have strong roots in the surrounding area, having lived in Sandhurst, Yateley and Crowthorne, with many of my clients also based locally in those communities and in nearby Blackwater, on the Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire border. Knowing these areas so well helps me combine valuable local insight with my nationwide mortgage expertise.
I’ve personally bought and sold 12 homes, driven by a love for renovating and improving properties (much to my husband’s frustration!). Even the removal firms have a bet on how long we’ll stay in one place. That said, I’m currently settled… until it’s time to chase my dream of living by the sea in my own place in the sun.
Outside of work, I love to travel, be by the sea, and enjoy the outdoor life, usually with our two cockapoos and cat not far behind.
